It has a gold-tan main background color, depicting a canyon scene with billowing clouds and rock formations in soft shades of mauve, muted blues, pinks, and greens. One cloud has an interesting vibrant purple shade peeking out from its side. Wonderful Large sized porcelain antique Chinese planter with hole at bottom, vibrantly illustrated fu dog characters in a playful sky setting among clouds, grasping ball and ribbons. Pedestal is dark hardwood with round claw foot legs. The piece is consigned from a prominent Thailand Collection which states that the jar is Kangxi period and the stand dates from the 19th century. Antique Chinese bronze censor, with a hardwood lid with reticulated carvings of spirals in a plantlike form, topped with a nephrite jade finial of vibrant green, dark forest green, and white. The sides of the censor have spiral carvings with green, red, yellow, blue, white, and gold cloisonne serpents. The body of the censor sits atop three long legs, coming out of the mouths of beasts, and resting atop of a carved hardwood stand with pierced center designs...

Pair English Worcester Porcelain Figures playing music, produced before 1900, 8 1/2" high, 4" round at the base, ivory color porcelain with gilding applied as accents with beautiful faces, details are very finely done. Old Crown and Worcester marks in green and also imprinted same crown mark with impressed numbers on the bottom. Old restorations are done on lady's finger and man's neck and tip of banjo.

A small Chinese silver box with a hinged lid displaying a bird amongst flowers. This lovely box features open cut work in broken ice pattern on all sides. In very good condition, it measures 1.75 inches wide, 1.75" deep, and 1" high. Circa 1900.

This is Sashiko kimono used in Kaga area Kanazawa for the Meiji period. As for this, cotton is dyed with a natural indigo plant. The cotton is spun by hand. This is a very good texture. The pattern of Sashiko is a leaf of Basho. There are no stain, damage. The state is complete. Size: 132cm x 122cm (51.9 "x 48")

This is Tsutsugaki Noren used in the rich merchant's family of the Shonai, Yamagata district for Edo period. It is a characteristic of Edo period that a motif has dynamism. Good cotton spun by hand is used. The characteristic tortoise expresses Edo period well. This is dyed with a very good-quality indigo plant very densely. The movement of a crane and the tortoise. The movement of a wave and the cloud. The expression of the trees and plants. All these lines were created by good creativity...

A fine carved and painted marble sculpture of the Hindu deity Ganesha, the elephant-headed god. He is holding his war axe in one hand, an elephant goad, ankusha, in another. A further holds a rosary and the last holds a sweetmeat. A hooded cobra supports his trunk and a large rat nibbles his foot. From northern India, mid 19th century.
