Large Murano glass Toucan by Licio Zanetti. Toucan is of smoke colored glass with lattimo sommerso in the body and beak. He is perched on a clear crystal stand, eyes are lattimo with smoke glass pupils. Piece measures 13 1/4 inches Tall by 7 inches Deep by 10 1/2 inches Wide (34 cm x 18 cm x 27 cm). Weight: 15 pounds. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repairs, bottom of crystal base shows wear appropriate for age. Signed on base Zanetti L (in script) and OCC 9108. Circa 1960
Archimedes Seguso bottle with stopper in Merletto glass. The glass is internally decorated with fine lace like pattern of lattimo threads, the whole is cased in clear glass. Flame shaped stopper is clear glass with gold foil inclusions. Both the stopper and bottle neck are ground. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. The bottle has the remnant of a red and silver foil label with scalloped edges, which was used by Seguso in the 1950's...

Table form Cigar Lighter in Sterling silver. Lighter is shaped like an ornate Aladdin's lamp. The lighter is missing it's wick holder, and has a few minor dings. The piece is hallmarked Edinburgh and has the word STERLING and the number 80. The piece measures 4 inches (10.16 cm) long, 3 inches (7.62 cm) tall and is 1 7/8 inches (4.6 cm) wide. Circa 1923.

A rare sterling silver rococo punch strainer by the famous Huguenot silversmith Paul de Lamerie, London, 1742. The round bowl of this strainer is finely pierced in a petal motif and is supported by opposing acanthus scroll and shell design handles. The strainer is hallmarked on the exterior of the bowl, just below the rim, with a complete set of marks including de Lamerie's third mark (PL in script beneath a crown). This strainer is in good condition and weighs a substantial 5.49 troy ounces...
A Victorian walking stick with an exotic wood shaft fitted with a carved ivory handle modeled in the form of a fist clenching a ball. A fine touch of added quality is the carved snake bracelet with inlaid eyes which wraps around the hand, typical of jewelry worn in the Victorian age. An extra band of ivory is added as the collar and there is an ivory tip. The fineness of the carving is apparent in the detailed depiction of the fingernails. Excellent condition. A set of 6 David Andersen Norway enamel demitasse coffee spoons with a box from the 1960s. This set consists of the six 3-3/4" spoons which all have enamelled handles and bowls on gilt sterling. The backs are plain gilded silver and they have the Andersen marks and each spoon weighs 9.0 grams. The enamel colours include sea blue, navy blue, yellow, green and deep red and they come with a fitted, silk-lined box with brass fittings and impressed alligator brown paper wrap...

They are marked Sterling on the back of the handle, but there is no maker's mark. There is some wear to the floral pattern on the spoon, but overall in excellent condition. Spectacular thick walled, heavy cylindrical glass vase by Edwin Ohrstrom for Orrefors. Vase depicts a Gondolier playing a guitar on one side, and a female figure with flowers on the other. Upper rim has closely spaced vertical air traps all the way around. Colors are in rich shades of blue, purple and honey-amber. Vase measures 6.5 inches (16 5 cm) tall and is 4.75 inches (12 cm) in diameter, weighs 11 pounds. Vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs...

This wonderful example of tramp art came from Le Mans, France. It has a lion's head handle & stands upon four metal claw feet. Faded red velvet sets off the many intricate layers of carved woodwork. Not without flaws, there is definite wear from age & use, this piece retains its handcrafted charm. Measures 6" high x 10" wide x 7-1/2" deep.

A Murano blue and gold Edwardian art glass necklace from the 1900-1910 era. This graduated beauty features clear Murano glass ball beads with copious gold highlights and turquoise and green glass jewelling. Each bead has a turquoise glass spacer and this necklace has a springring clasp. The beads range from 1/4 to 11/16" across and this beauty is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs other than some minor rubbing to the gold on a few of the beads...
