Historical Staffordshire dark blue covered sugar bowl with transfer of Washington at Mount Vernon. Unmarked, early 19th century. Condition: light staining to interior of bowl and some minor glaze roughness; professional restoration to cover, not visible from exterior but showing under black light and with some color variation to the inside of the cover (see photo). Carved bone and ebony Civil War era dominoes. Mid 19th century. This complete set is comprised of 28 tiles carved from bone, laminated onto ebony, secured with brass pins. They are offered in their original wooden case with sliding cover. Box measures: 6.75" x 2.25" x 2.4". Condition is very good, but exhibiting some signs of wear and minor chipping to some tiles. All in all a great early game.
