A beautiful Large Staffordshire blue transfer ware well and tree platter made by Clews circa 1825. The platter features a scenic view of travelers in a landscape with ruins and a floral border. Measuring an impressive 21 inches by 16.5 inches the condition is excellent but for a minor chip that was successfully reattached (see picture) . It is amazing that there are virtually no knife marks or signs of use for a piece nearly 200 years old...

Exceptional 1960's vintage Indiana Handcraft Glass Kingston 900 Demijohn in Burnt Honey color. This is a large, heavy bottle standing 18 inches (45.7 cm) tall. I can find no discernable scratches on this piece, and there are no chips, or cracks, this is a fabulous find. The glass is bright and colorful. Handblown, with rough pontil, attached handle. This piece was meant to rival Blenko, and it succeeds!

This is a Berlin porcelain coffee can and saucer, ca 1770-1800, with sceptre mark in underglaze blue; can and saucer each decorated with a central cartouche of classical figures surrounded by gilt borders; faint gilt loss on rims; 3" high.

Rare vintage sterling silver sauce bowl designed and signed circa 1949 by American & Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling(1900-67). This kind of Mask is sculpted with minimal work taking advantage of natural deformations. The natural material would be tree roots, at least that is the information provided by the sellers. Some of these masks would however be old and used as burlesque masks during the various festivals. The parts with nodules are preserved with a minimum of modification to represent the eyes and sometimes the mouth. This gives each mask a unique look of puffy, hideous faces...

Rare Gorham Arts & Crafts sterling silver sauce gravy ladle in a hammered surface and with mixed metals design on the handle of two cherries, leaf and twig in bronze, and with a second leaf in gilded silver. Circa 1885. Excellent condition. Marks: stamped with the Gorham logo (lion, anchor, G) "sterling & other metals", and with the name of the retailer George H. Ford. Size: 6" length.

A Viennese cold painted bronze figural, mid to late 19th century. Depicts a young girl seated in a chair and playing with a small cat that is on the girl's lap. The girl is laughing at the cat as she plays with a fringed stick that the cat is grabbing. Another cat is located underneath the girl's chair - probably wishing it could be playing as well. This charming bronze is believed to date to the Victorian era, circa 1860's to 1890's. Excellent condition...

An Edwardian sterling silver repousse heart trinket dresser box dated 1901. This late Victorian or early Edwardian vanity box has a high relief or repousse design with flourishes, foliage and crimped edges. It has a gilt interior and a full set of hallmarks for Chester, England 1901. It has the maker's mark for Jay, Richard Attenborough & Co. (trading as Jays) and it also has the retailer's mark on the bottom (JAYS 142 144 OXFORD ST. W.)...

A Georgian 12-1/8" sterling silver stuffing or dressing spoon circa 1809. This fine antique serving item is fully hallmarked for London, England 1809-10 and it is in the Fiddle pattern. Made by William Eley, William Fearn & William Chawner (registered 1808), one of the most notable families of English spoon makers. Set of twelve Copeland's Spode porcelain dessert plates with pink glazed borders and floral bouquet centers (each plate is decorated with an individual floral arrangement). Pattern #4375. Made for retailer Tatman of Chicago, with date codes for 1927, and with one plate being a later replacement, bearing a date code for 1938 and signed by the artist P. Hall. Size: 9" diameter.
