This flower basket brooch by Vrba is spectacular, huge and very three dimensional. Verba, who formerly designed for Miriam Haskell, has outdone himself on this one! Composed of glass beads and shimmering amathyst rhinestones placed in a dark metal setting, this brooch is a show stopper when worn. And, it is a treasure for the collector. Rich sky blue and clear rhinestones in various sizes and shapes, this set demonstrates the elegant style that was Hattie Carnegie's. Rhodium plated, the choker is 12 3/4" with a 3 1/2" rhinestone extension chain.(note rhinestone tassels) Clip earrings are 1 3/4" long and 1" at widest.

Collector wrote, 'this is the biggest saphiret in my collection'. This is indeed an important pin in that this has the boldest largest faceted Saphiret art glass stone on the web! Carved and painted with a 3/8" wall, a 3/8" height, this Bakelite bracelet is great worn singly or in a group. 2 1/2" inside dimension. Flip side of the bracelet has the same design as that shown.

Early 1900's charm and elegance are expressed in this lovely set. Shimmering pink crystals are highlighted by tiny clear rhinestones, and the effect is dazzling. Necklace is 16 1/2" at full extension, lavaliere is 3 1/2" wide and 2" high excluding the 1" drops. Bracelet wraps around and slopes to 1/2" high in the back. Front is 1 1/4" high with a plaque 2" high and 4" long.

Classic Miriam Haskell. This medium length necklace has beautiful Baroque pearls and tiny gold colored metal spacers so typical of Haskell. Note the simple yet elegant flower head clasp. Haskell stamped oval signature is on the back of the clasp. Short strand of the necklace is 16" long. Flower head clasp is 7/8" in diameter.

Glass cabochon and beads with gilt. Haskell is stamped on the shank of the screw-clip. Total length is 1 3/4, dangle is 1 1/8 long and 1" wide.

Trifari design patent number on the back of the brooch--#129320--reveals that the design was created in 1940, probably by Philippe for Trifari. It is a treasure, and oh so graceful in line. 4" long, 1 3/4" wide. Slightly convex, rhodium plated.

The undecorated back of the locket has no monogram or initials and it has two celluloid windows in the interior. Made of natural French black walnut with gold plating and faux pearls, these turtles are charmers. Marked Yves Saint Laurent, Rive Gauche, and Made in France on the cartouche on the back of the pin. Each earring has the same cartouche markings. Probably from the 1960's, the pin is 2 1/8" nose to tail, 1/5/8" flipper to flipper, and 3/4" tummy to top. Clip earrings are 1 5/8 by 1 1/2" by 1/2".

A lot of flash! This brooch measures 4 1/4 inches long by 3 1/4 inches wide. Large, prong-set square and rectangular red unfoiled stones, with clear round rhinestones single and pave set, in a rhodium plated setting. The pin is strong and locks securely. Pin marked with a single script 'E' (for Eisenberg?) on the back. All stones are clear but a couple of the larger stones do have scratches.
