This is a superb sterling and Lone Mountain turquoise ring by Santo Domingo Pueblo artist Julian Lovato. He began working in 1938 and was a silversmith for Frank Patania Sr.in the Thunderbird Shop. He has won several awards for his outstanding creations. This ring is a size 13 ,weighs 28 grams and is in fine original condition. The magnificent stone alone measures 7/8" long and 5/8" wide. Signed as shown. This is a museum quality piece.

Navajo Mark Chee (1914-1981) who was active from the 30's to the 60's, is known for traditional stamp work in thick, heavy silver. This beautiful pair of cuffs is a wonderful example of his expertise with the stamping on each cuff being slightly different. Hopi Morris Robinson began making jewelry in the 1920's in Arizona and became a master of many techniques. These exquisite silver overlay earrings are a fine example of his talent. There are 12 conchos measuring 2" horizontally and 1 1/2" vertically in addition to the belt buckle with center coral measuring 2 1/4" horizontally and 1 1/4" vertically. The leather belt including the buckle measures 38 1/4" end to end and the leather is 1 1/4" wide. All in fine original condition and weighing a total of 257 grams. An amazing ring by famous Zuni artist John Gordon Leak. His work was prominently featured in the 1975 Sotheby's auction of the C.G. Wallace collection. John Gordon Leak was most well-known for his knifewing and dragonfly images. The central knifewing image is inlaid with shell and turquoise within a black jet background. Fine twisted wire graces the outer silver frame. The ring has a triple split shank and is a size 6 3/4-7. There is no missing inlay. All original condition...

A beautiful sterling and saw tooth bezel set natural turquoise cuff bracelet by noted and highly collected Navajo silversmith Austin Wilson who was active producing 1930's - 1950's and passed away shortly after. This bracelet measures 5 3/4" around in the inside with a 1 1/4" opening. It is 1 5/8" wide and weighs 98 grams. Hallmarked with his bow and arrow mark, it is in fine original condition with no chips or cracks to the stones. A rare and spectacular piece.

Gorgeous, old, long Dishta or Dishta style sterling screw back earrings with 3 tiers of turquoise channel inlay, ground flush and composed of tiny circles and tear drops and 7 diamond shaped sterling paddles dangling from the earring bottoms. A band of deeply embossed and oxidized silver encircles nearly half of this bangle, made of what looks to be lacquered bamboo. The design on the band is a combination of various symbols, one of which looks like an iris. The design is framed by a Greek key-like border; the band is secured to the wood bracelet by tiny pins. The bamboo surface shows few signs of wear; there is a tiny area of loss near the edge of the silver band (see Photo #3), but it very stable. The bangle dates to the 1920s and ...
