Elegant sterling silver and black obsidian necklace designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). The necklace will comfortably fit up to a 16 1/2" neck. Margot de Taxco design 5647 is a beautiful floral motif with the bracelet and earrings having a stately presence of 1.75in. tall. The repousse is thick and heavy with a combined weight of 155.5 grams. The parure has no damage and is an excellent example of this design. Definitely collector worthy. Spectacular, unusual sterling and onyx earrings by Antonio Pineda. A great layered, modernist design with spikey pieces of onyx at the top of the earring. These are screwbacks and measure 1 1/4" long and 3/4" wide. Fine original condition and signed as shown. Terrific!!!

This is a magnificent dove and rose repousse necklace, bracelet and earring set designed by Matilde Poulat and executed by her nephew Richard Salas, both of whom are now deceased. The pieces have a rich and lovely patina. The necklace measures 20" end to end and is 3" wide at the front dangles. The bracelet is 7 1/2" around in the inside and 1 1/4" wide. The earrings are post back for pierced ears and measure 1 1/2" wide and 1 1/4" long...

A rare and extraordinary brass cuff with repousse stylized fish motif by Hubert Harmon. The fish have a large cabachon onyx eye and their scales are three dimensional. Hubert Harmon set up a small workshop in Taxco around 1940. His designs are whimsical and unique. All of his work is highly valued and it is almost impossible to find. This cuff measures 3" wide and is 6" around in the inside with a 1 1/2" opening so 7 1/2" total. It is in fine original condition and weighs 98 grams...

I am offering a rare amethyst Antonio Pineda bracelet. It is trapezoidal in shape with straight barrels and no chips or cracks to the stones. The stones range from dark purple to some stones with lighter swirls. It is properly hallmarked as shown and displays a light patina. VERY RARE Hector Aguilar Aztec Metal Symbols Cuff bracelet c. 1940-55 in 940 silver. It is featured on page 29 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Morrill and Berk. Each panel has a different Aztec metal symbol. The bracelet is hinged on one side and has a pin closure. It measures 6 1/2" around in the inside and is 1 1/4" wide. This is an incredible William Spratling necklace from the Mexican Silver Renaissance.
