FABULOUS Armadillo design 940 necklace made by Hector Aguilar. It is graceful and solid at the same time with lots of movement. It measures 17 1/2" end to end and is 1 1/2" wide at the widest center oval. It weighs 79 grams. All of the pieces are in excellent condition and original except the velvet which must have been replaced as it has no wear at all, unless this piece was just never worn. The clasp is original. Charming 940 silver Aztec design necklace by Hector Aguilar, c. 1940. Very intricate and ornamental, this piece measures 16 1/2" end to end and is 1" wide. It weighs 88 grams and looks superb on. It is in excellent original condition, has a secure push in clasp and is signed for Hector Aguilar as shown in the photo. I have never seen this Hector Aguilar necklace offered before and not found it pictured in any book so believe it to be quite rare. A remarkable Hector Aguilar necklace!

An outstanding sterling and azur-malachite bracelet by Taxco silversmith Enrique Ledesma. This work is what he is best known for- fusing silver with stone in an impeccable manner. Each panel is triple hinged and tri-faceted. Cutting stone in this manner requires spectacular skill. This bracelet measures 6 3/4" around in the inside and is 1" wide. It weighs 109 grams and is in excellent original condition with no chips or cracks to the stones...

Surely one of his inspired Alaskan north star designs, this pin has a center stone of azur-malachite with 7 silver stars randomly fused into the stone. The stone is held in a frame of silver stars. This is a large pin measuring 2 1/2" by 2 1/8" and weighing 33 grams. It is in pristine original condition and signed for William Spratling with the c.1955-67 mark as shown in the photo...
