FABULOUS Armadillo design 940 necklace made by Hector Aguilar. It is graceful and solid at the same time with lots of movement. It measures 17 1/2" end to end and is 1 1/2" wide at the widest center oval. It weighs 79 grams. All of the pieces are in excellent condition and original except the velvet which must have been replaced as it has no wear at all, unless this piece was just never worn. The clasp is original. A wonderful Aztec design 940 silver pin with 5 balls and 5 dangles by Hector Aguilar. I have never seen this pin before and I have not found it in any books so believe it to be quite rare. It measures 1 3/4" long and 1 3/8" wide.It is in fine original condition but the safety is missing on the pin clasp so it is currently just a "C" clasp. Although it holds on clothing as it is now, it would be best to replace the safety catch to make it more secure...
