It has a canted profile when opened and it has a velvet and silk interior. Fine Burmese silver box, lid decorated with a male figure surrounded by floral design in high relief descending by geometric design, all 8 sides are also decorated with two female figures and animal cartuches and the base containing calligraphy, late 19th/ early 20th century period.
