Chinese Qing dynasty ovoid form porcelain fish bowl decorated around the circumference in underglaze blue on a white ground with lotus seedpods and scrolling tendrils topped by a border of alternating pendant spear points and ruyi heads. The pot tapers to an unglazed, flat, slightly recessed base. The interior, rolled rim, and raised rib under the rim are all glazed white.
