Book is signed by Elbert Hubbard and also by Lily Ess as the Illuminator. Minor spine & top edge wear to leather, otherwise no stains, cracks or wear to binding. Pages are crisp and clean. Measures 8 1/2 by 5 1/4 inches and contains 46 pages. A very fine copy of a rare early Roycroft vellum book.
