Lovely 20s dress in a soft yellow silk chiffon with deep gold metallic lace trim and appliques with lavender and mint green flowers and leaves. I photographed the dress without its lavender cotton liner because the liner is so much smaller than the dress that it didn't fit on my form. I'm giving only the dress measurements, but would include the liner with the dress in the sale. Great 1950s silk Hawaiian sarong dress with a matching bolero jacket by Tiana Pittelle Ltd. of Waikiki, Honolulu. In shades of beige and brown with touches of white, yellow, and blue, it's a figure-flattering style with stretchy side panels on the bustier top, and a wrap tie skirt. About a size 6-8, it measures approx. 37" bust, and 33" raised waist for the bolero, and 34" bust 25" waist, 37" hips, and 29" skirt length for the sarong. Fabulous 50's Chinese horse print skirt by Louma Hand Prints, Inc., of San Francisco. The colors are just gorgeous in shades of green, chartreuse, coral, red and yellow, accented by scattered sequins. Of cotton, and almost a circle, it's shown with a petticoat (not included), and it opens on the left side with hooks and eyes and a snap, and has a hidden pocket on the right seam. Gorgeous Art Deco Evening Cloche from the 1920s, with gold sequins and silver and bronze lame braid. It has its original Paige label. These cloches are so hard to find in wearable condition, and this one still has its original lining intact with an adorable bellboy carrying Paige hatboxes. There is only some fraying of the lining under a fold, but the net backing for the cloche itself is in excellent condition. Very chic 50's tweed suit with a pencil skirt and jacket with just below elbow length sleeves. Beautifully made with its own wrap tie collar and bound button holes, it's fully lined in a fine black rayon crepe. The tweed itself is wool in subtle shades of green, rust and tan with black nubs. About a size 4-6, it measures approx. 15" across the shoulders, 38" bust, 31" waist, 21" length for the jacket, and 26" waist, 38" hips, and 26" length for the skirt. It's in excellent condition.

Worn as robes, these 20's Hapi Coats were often seen in the movies of the 20's and 30's. They were made for export to westerners, and they can be Japanese and Chinese. This one is of a rayon acetate jacquard with a beautiful flower print of cream, gold, green, teal and shades of coral on black. Vintage 50's white lace bolero top that's dressy enough for a wedding or evening wear, or just wear with your favorite jeans. Lined in white chiffon, the lace is covered with iridescent sequins and glass beads with scattered rhinestones and pearls in clusters around large mauve rhinestones. Beautiful high fashion 30's blouse in a wonderful print of big flowers and leaves in shades of pink, peach, browns and lavender on a cream and dark chocolate brown background. Perfect for the red carpet, this gorgeous 1950's couture gown is in the style of Christian Dior, or perhaps Balenciaga, but there is no designer label. The woman whose estate this dress is from owned several Balenciaga gowns, and this one is couture made with lots of hand-sewn details and finishing, both inside and out. Wonderful linen jacket from the WW1 Era. It has a lot of seams that are bound for finishing on the inside, and beautiful, very thick natural mother-of-pearl buttons.
