This tall fireplace trivet is in excellent condition.. The top is heavy brass and the legs are wrought metal. It is 13 3/4" tall and the brass is 7" x 7 3/4". This is a 1950's reproduction.

Here we have an interesting relic of a religious figure in the form of a hand with a pointing finger. It is hand carved and has been mounted on a wooden stand. It has a rich, dark patina to which a later (though still early) finish has been added. The hand measures approximately 7.5" overall.
