An English pearlware side plate decorated in underglaze blue transfer with the "italian" pattern. There is an impressed "SPODE" mark to the back.

Dating c1820, it measures 6 1/8inches (15.7 cms) across.

There are a couple of very minor crazing lines to the back. It is in good condition.

Contemporary Dinnerware Serving Platter by Richard Ginori, Italy, in the elegant "Fiesole" pattern. Center cartouche of what we believe is the "Villa Borghese," in sepia, outlined by black and gold, further decorated by gold vines. The outer perimeter is a border of gold ovals, each containing a blue oval dot. Nicely shaped, gold-decorated handles; the Ginori logo in green, plus a gold logo under the left handle (not pictured). 13" x 9" x .75" (33.02 x 22.86 x 1.90 cm). Excellent condition. ... A Staffordshire pottery jug decorated in underglaze blue transfer with the scene of a tiger hunt. It is marked to the base "Cartwright and Edwards" and entitled "Tiger Hunt".

Dating from the mid C19th., it stands 6 1/2inches (16.3cms) high.

An unusual pair of English porcelain pots decorated with a rich cobalt blue ground with hand painted floral reserves. The purpose of these items escapes me. The interiors make me think they were some kind of candlestick but they seem to have had lids (now missing). They are good quality soft paste porcelain.

Each piece has different scenes with young women and cherubs, most likely reproductions of Angelica Kauffman's paintings. Lovely crystalline vase by Annemarie and Werner Schmidt Tummeley. Working since the late 1940s, Annemarie designs the shapes while her husband Werner supervises the glaze decoration.*

This ceramic vase by Wendelin Stahl has a fabulous blue crystalline glaze. At 7 inches tall it has a wonderful shape and the contrasting shades of the blue glazes make for a highly attractive surface decoration. Signed and in excellent condition.
