When compared to other Paul Revere or SEG bowls this bowl is considered quite large. It is about 8 1/2" diameter, and is covered in a beautiful sky blue glaze very similar to Marblehead. I don't really know why Marblehead blue sells at a premium to PRP since their quality is equal. It is in very good condition free from chips, cracks or repair. Mark on bottom is the impressed Paul Revere Pottery mark. Would make a great fruit bowl.

I have been searching for a superlative example of an early large Roseville Blue Pinecone vase for years but they always seem to have pops or other manufacturing glaze flaws or a myriad of post production maladies. This great piece is 100% mint with no pops or any other glaze flaws, cracks, chips or repairs which is extraordinary for such a large piece. The blue is dark and the mold is perfect. The vase measures 11 ½ high to the top of the branch handles and 8 inches at the widest. The vase ... Click for details

Rookwood Scenic Vellum by Ed Diers with superb artistry that only this "A" rated Rookwood artist could produce. Scene consists of a foreground of highly detailed golden Aspens whose trunks are raised among the surrounding surface providing a dimensional effect. These trees sit among a meadow of smaller trees and and lake in the background. This is a large vase as vellums go measuring
8 1/2" high and is completely uncrazed and without any factory blemishes, which is very rare for the Vellum ... Click for details
