An unusual delft octagonal dish, probably Irish and decorated with an oriental design of peonies, bamboo and rocks with four floral sprays at the rim, the reverse with sketchy floral decoration. Length: 9 ½ in. c.1760.

Minor glaze losses at rim. No other damage.

A Staffordshire pottery master salt decorated with a border pattern from the willow design.

Dating from the mid C19th., it measures over 3 inches across.

The glaze fled from part of the footrim on firing (see photo). It is in very good condition.

An C18th. English porcelain tea bowl decorated in underglaze blue transfer with oriental lakeside pagodas. It is made from a soapstone porcelain body and has a Sx salopian mark to the base.

Dating from the late C18th., it measures 3 1/4inches across.

There is wear to the gilding.It is in otherwise good condition.

Here we have a large jug, circa 1820, of lustre on an ivory ground with a pearlware glaze, featuring a relief motif of hunting dogs in a landscape. On one side a spaniel has flushed a quail from the bush. The other side has two bird dogs, possibly on point. There is a top border of leaves and vines in lustre, a dog head handle in lustre, and a border at the bottom in alternating colors of lustre and green enamel. 18th Century Wedgwood Armorial Tray

Offered here is a very early Wedgwood creamware tray with a crest consisting of a crown over an N. The tray is oblong, and measures 10" by 6". The tray is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or repairs. There are a couple of tiny nips to the glaze on the edge.

An early ironstone pottery plate decorated in underglaze blue print and hand painted enamels with flower basket and rockwork. It bears an impressed mark (masons patent ironstone china) and also an underglaze blue mark. These put it in the earliest category of Masons Ironstone production.

This is a fine, large flow blue meat platter, measuring a very generous 20" by 15.5", with the well and tree depression in the bottom, and is raised on a 1" rim. The pattern is BOHEMIA, marked KAOLIN WARE, and the registry mark indicates a patent date of 1844. There are 2 marks on the platter, one being clearly a manufacturing flaw.
