A beautiful Derby coffee can and cover with a matching plate C 1830. Decorated in a palatte of gold, orange, lavander and white these pieces are unusual for Derby. Set on a ground of gold, orange cabbage roses surround the plate while a daylilly sits at the center. white is used as the accent color. the coffee can and coverf have the same palatte with smaller decoration. The condition is excellent and this is an elegant way to enjoy coffee and biscuit for one.

A 19th Century Staffordshire octagonal child's plate, "B Is For Ball." Set to the center is a brown transfer which has been hand painted. The letter B is shown along with a large ball, a bat, a basket, a bowl,and the word bless in the background. The entire plate is decorated with an impressed design which is shown in picture three. This is quite a rare plate, the condition is excellent and it is large as children's plates go, 8 1/2". It dates C 1840, these plates were used as teaching aids... Click for details

A fine pair of Chelsea figures C 1770-90 bearing the gold anchor mark. Standing 6" tall they show a nobleman and woman in 18th Century dress and each holding a basket of fruit. Each is wearing a hat and true to the Chelsea potters they could almost be French courtiers at Versailles. The figures are seated on scroll gilt highlited bases which are profusely decorated with flowers. A soft palatte is used, however the figures are ornately decorated in keeping with the period. A 19th Century Coalport porcelain cologne bottle and matching stopper standing 7"tall C 1850. White porcelain ground and with painted floral all over decoration to the bottle and to the top. The flowers are cabbage roses, forget me nots, asters and clematis, all traditional English flowers, and the palatte is blue, shades of pink, green and touches of orange. 4 sided and with right angles to each corner this bottle is just beautiful and the condition is mint.
