Offered here is a wonderful dog collectible. It is a sterling silver dish or coaster awarded or commemorating Best of Breed at the Eastern Dog Club, Boston, established in 1911. This was awarded in 1965. It has a fine image of a dog with clouds and a setting sun in the background. The dog looks like a greyhound or a whippet perhaps, but I could be wrong. The dish is 3.5" in diameter, about .75" deep and is in excellent condition. It is marked sterling on the bottom.

Early Silver on Copper Chamber Stick

Offered here is an early chamber stick with a candle snuffer that attaches at the handle. It has the look of early Sheffield plate, and it is not marked. The candle cup lifts out, and the snuffer lifts out. It has a Chippendale shape, fine patina, some copper bloom and a few surface scratches. This candle stand is a fine looking, early piece from the 1st half of the 19th century.

Very nice perfume/snuff bottle engraved with flowers and scrolls. Hallmarked 835- 2e alloy - a crown with the characters HB. I suppose from Germany early 20th c. The top is not made of silver.

Condition; very good.

Beautiful silver box ca. 1920, the cover decorated with a Dutch landscape in relief The sides decorated with engraved scroll motif. Hallmarked with the sword. The makers mark not readable anymore of age wear. The inside of the cover with an impressed number 1.

Condition: very good, only scratches of use.
