Very large (132" x 60") 19th century handwoven Kashmir shawl with black center ground and exceptional level of detail and coloring. In excellent original condition with only one small spot of discoloration to the black ground (shown in images), no other wear detected; colors nice and bright. This is a very well cared for example of highly skilled craftsmanship.

Great, hard sided black beaded box shaped evening purse with an attached strap. It's in excellent condition, and the play of light on the black beads creates a sense of movement. The strap is attached to the sides and passes through a loop on either side of the lid so when the purse is opened the lid is still attached to the strap (see pictures). This is a lovely cut steel beaded bag made in France probably in the 40s time frame. It is a lovely muted red color with a pattern of predominately gold and some silver beads. The top of the frame is decorated with clusters of gold and silver beads. The inside red lining is pristine and has two inner pockets as well as a small change purse stuffed with tissue paper leading me to think the change purse was never used. Art Nouveau beaded purse with an interesting heart shaped bottom and a frame that is most likely made of bakelite or some other plastic meant to simulate tortoise. The colors are rich and all of the beads appear to be present; this purse was well taken care of. The blue lining has some stains but is completely in tact (no tears, holes or fraying) and attached to the frame. This is a very lovely example of the steel beaded purses produced in France in the early 1900s. This purse is in excellent condition, with all beads, seams, and fringe in tact. The beads have a lovely sparkle too and there are four oval cabachons set in the frame. The purse is fully lined and comes with a small change purse. Measuring 9 inches (from top of frame to bottom of fringe) by 5 3/4 inches, the chain adds 6 1/2 inches to the length.

Lovely black beaded evening purse made in France with delicate embroidered flowers on the front and along the clasp; the back of the purse has a few flowers as well. The bag is in excellent condition, with only minor bead loss in the top row rear of the purse. It is just below the clasp so not really discernible and could certainly be replaced. Lovely French cut steel beaded purse, in great condition. The steel beads are a combination of gold, silver, pewter, in an arabesque pattern. The latticework fringe pattern is especially attractive and all of the fringe as well as the rest of the beads on this weighty purse are in tact. Fabulous Wilardy deep butterscotch lucite purse in an amazing design. The condition is excellent – there are no chips, cracks or abrasions. The curved latch is firms and opens to a three tier purse. The top tier is opened by pulling on the purse handle which opens to reveal a mirror on the inside of the lid as well as the Wilardy signature. Lovely and substantial French steel beaded purse in tones of gold, silver and pewter. The purse is in excellent condition, fully lined and bears a label "Made in France for Strawbridge & Clothier." Everything is in tact including the elaborate lattice fringe at the bottom and the push button clasp works fine. This is 10 1/2 inches long (including fringe) and 5 1/2 inches wide; the chain adds 5 inches.
