The House of DeLillo produced only the finest in quality and design. The jewelry was made to order for specific customers, many well known in theatrical and political circles. Robert Clark, chief designer for Miriam Haskell, left there to join forces with DeLillo in the late 1960's. This jointed bakelite soldier dates to circa 1940's and is in good condition. Caramel and butterscotch colored with brass studs and painted details. This piece measures 3.5 inches long and 3.5 inches across with arms extended. One of the wires that attaches his legs to the body looks as if it has been replaced. Pinback is original. This is a wonderful addition to any bakelite collection.

Fabulous Find, as these usually didn't make it. Czech Watermelon pink, light lavender & black beads make up a hard to find butterfly motif in the pendant portion! Glass cabochons in simulated ruby, onyx and lapis. Links are strung on metal chain. Very smart when worn. The roundedness of the collar makes dark edges in this picture that do not exist on the collar. 14" inside circumference, 1 1/2" at its widest.
