SOLD. Mimi has created this pin brooch w 5.5" tassel off and on for years. This signed MIMI DEE 213mm (just under 9 north to south!) brooch is made with circa 1920 Czech Art Deco black glass wired in place to an ornate brass background. Also 2 Victorian black glass buttons. This was commissioned by a special client, Linda, an artist herself. An art deco Jakob Bengel necklace of chrome and galalith, a plastic often confused with bakelite. Galalith is mostly seen in German and French deco jewelry and according to Ginger Moro's "European Designer Jewelry" it was not used after 1935 as bakelite beads with their wider color choices became more popular. The necklace is 18" long and in wonderful condition. These pieces were not marked but a very similar piece is pictured in Art Deco Schmuck Jewelry Jakob Bengel on page 162.

Wonderful Stanley Hagler / Ian St. Gielar pin shaped like a Christmas tree of poinsettias. Made of gold colored metal, glass findings, and glass beads, all strung with metal wire. Signed on the back "Stanley Hagler N.Y.C" and "Ian St. Gielar". It measures approx. 2 1/2" high by 2 1/4" wide. Excellent condition.

The frogs(two)pendant is antique and is from Tibet. The frogs are a symbol of prosperity. the beads are Chinese turquoise and red and yellow jasper combined with sterling silver. Note the lovely design on the reverse side of the pendant. Necklace is 17" end to end. Pendant is 2 1/2" nose to foot, and 1 5/8" side to side.
