Sterling silver Mizpah pin is a great example of the sentimentality of the period. Mizpah, (a Hebrew word which literally means "watchtower") means "May The Lord watch between me and thee while we are absent one from another." This pin comprised of two hearts joined by oak leaves (symbolic of faith and virtue) has the above phrase engraved on one heart. It is 1 3/16 inches wide by 3/4 of an inch high. This is one of the loveliest pieces by Margot we have ever seen. The necklace is made of 15 links in in arch shape garland . Each of these garlands has a cluster of delicate blue flowers and a few green leaves. This is a very fine and detailed work. The silver underneath the enamel is fully shaped in 3D with the flowers and then the enamel covers the shapes. Large and elegant repousse cuff made in sterling silver. This bracelet appears to be pre-eagle and was probably made before 1948. The piece is in excellent shape and gorgeous. The bracelet weight is 65g (2.3 oz), and it is 6.5 cm (6 1/4“) wide! The length is 16 cm ( 6 1/4”) and has a 3 cm (1 1/8“) opening in the back. An interesting piece from Taxco, this bracelet is signed with the initials JHC and eagle 173. The bracelet is in the style of the famous “fern” cuff by Los Castillo. However, on the front of this piece has two beads that act as a clasp holding the bracelet closed. This small detail makes the piece distinct and unusual. Absolutely fabulous huge sterling silver black and white enamel bracelet. Each plaque measures 2 1/4"L X 7/8"W and the bracelet is 7"W. It is in excellent condition and signed 925 for sterling and a s in a shield. Most likely Scandinavian. A really great vintage enamel bracelet.

A very large cuff bracelet decorated with a massive amethyst from early Taxco (1930s). This is a very large piece and it is in great condition and shows no signs of damage or repairs. . The weight is 45g ( 1.6 oz), and it is 4.5 cm (1 3/4“) wide. The length of its perimeter is 15 cm; the central amethyst is 2 x 1.5 cm (8/10” x 1/2“)! VINTAGE QUALITY

A beautiful large Margot de Taxco enamel brooch. The enameling is tastefully done in a mosaic-like style with various tones of blue. This piece is in very good condition with no enamel loss. A gorgeous and early demi-parure by Margot de Taxco. This swan design was designed by Margot while she was still married to Antonio Castillo. The set is probably from the very early days of her own independent silver career as “Margot de Taxco”. The necklace is 54 g (1.9 oz), and measures 39 cm (15 1/3“), in length. A rare and beautiful locket by Bernice Goodspeed. The locket was made with sterling silver and a large an opal cabochon. The design is classic but the piece is extremely well made and heavy, 32 g (1.3 oz). The actual locket is 4.5 cm (1 3/4“) long and 2.8 cm( 1 1/8”) wide.
