Lovely vintage silver ring by the nephew of Matilde Poulat, Ricardo Salas. Ricardo Salas trained and designed with Maestra Poulat and at her passing took over the taller. Applied silver design elements throughout. Generously adorned with turquoise and amethyst. Front area measures just over 1" from top to bottom and 5/8" from side to side. A magnificent work of art by the great Maestro Alfredo Villasana. This bracelets is a great example of the bets repoussage work that was done in Taxco in the mid 20th century. This sterling piece is in excellent condition and its hinge is tight and fully functional. 59 g (2 oz); the bracelet is 10 cm (4“) wide on the front and measures 16.5 cm (6 7/8”) when fully closed. Marvelous Margot de Taxco necklace in excellent condition, c. 1955. The pendant detaches from the chain and can also be worn as a brooch and the chain can also be worn alone so in a way this is three different pieces of jewelry. Margot's workshop was renowned for its enamels and her pieces are very distinctive. The central pendant is pictured on page 177 of the Morrill book. Really unusual and all original Los Ballesteros Aztec Silver Locket on original 24" Chain. This piece was purchased on a trip to Taxco in 1966 and depicts two ornately dressed aztec figures whose images are no doubt taken from Aztec or Mayan Design. A very rare and early moonstone and silver bracelet by Antonio Pineda. It measures 6 1/2" around in the inside and is 3/4" wide. The stones are clear and have a blue tint and are beautiful. All original, fine condition,intact safety chain. One of the moonstones houses the clasp so looks continuous on the wrist. Signed with an early mark - Silver by Tono and the eagle.
This bracelet could not be more perfect.

This magnificent William Spratling cuff bracelet is really outstanding. The designs are abstract Aztec motifs and they are very interesting and intricate. A rare and beautiful 970 silver and blue topaz bracelet by Antonio Pineda. The faceted stones are bright and sparkling. The stones are the usual color one expects blue topaz to be but the monitor may be making them appear purple. They are not.
