MAGNIFICENT REBAJES STERLING MABE PEARL CUFF

Spectacular sterling cuff with large blue oval mabe pearl wrapped in silver wire, hand wrought by American studio artist Francisco Rebajes. C. 1950, this bracelet measures 5 1/4" around in the inside with a 1 1/4" opening. It is 1 1/2" wide in the front at the widest point. The pearl is 1" long. In beautiful original condition, this piece weighs 53 grams. Signed as shown in the photo. Work in silver with stones by Rebajes is a rare find and this piece is a knock out.

Unmarked Unsigned Sweeping Studio Silver 'Safety' Pin with Silvery Gray Art Glass Stone that has been bezel set. Very well executed, a shame it is unmarked, Late Arts Crafts or Danish perhaps? Tests at least 90% silver. Primitive but effective 'diaper', kilt pin stem with nice spring feel to it. Has not been polished. 2.5" long X .5" wide. Solid Ultra Modern Ring Signed: "S'Paliu" and "Spain 925 S" built up high with 2 inserted squarish chrysoprase stones. Resembles the "Moltke Denmark" ring on page 238 of Christie Romero's 3rd edition "Warman's Jewelry", but this one is of course by a Spain Modernist. Very Architectural! Size 7.5. 1.25" N to S and 5/8" wide. Shank is 1/4" wide and 1+ mm thick. Just under 1/2" oz. postal scale. This is a sensational H. Fred Skaggs ring. Skaggs was a Arizona silversmith who died in 1983. The ring has a mottled polished turquoise that has a profile like a mountain range. The wonderful stone is set very high in a handmade sterling setting. The setting is wrapped in wire and finished with a silver border. The ring measures 7/8" across the top X 5/8"L X 3/8"H.
