This is a large,early Georg Jensen Denmark brooch. It has the early Jensen GI mark,sterling,Denmark, 925 and model number 167. The birds are set in relief with silver that has a smooth satiny feel. It is pictured in Janet Drucker's book,Georg Jensen, page 62. It is hand hammered as finely and delicately as would be expected of Jensen silver work. It measures 2 inches down x 2 inches across. Wild and iconic 1970s design by Bjorn Weckstrom for Finnish company Lapponia. This sensual design is called 'Space Apple,' and is made of clear acrylic with violet and gold inclusions, and sterling silver. Full hallmarked and coded D8 for 1981 (year of production). Fabulous modernist silver necklace by Theresia Hvorslev of Sweden. I also have the matching ring listed (#1291). The very fluid and substantial piece is comprised of three highly sculptural, organic elements of decreasing size. This silver modernist ring by Theresia Hvorslev has an organic and fluid design. She is a Swedish designer who worked for Alton and Mema and has her own studio as well. The ring has an open shank so there is room to size it up or down but it is currently a size 8. The top of the ring is 1 1/8" x 13/16ths and it sits about 3/8ths above the finger. Fabulous amethyst druzy and sterling silver ring by the Kaunis Koru firm of Finland. A druzy is defined as tiny quartz crystals that form within or on the surface of a stone. This ring is marked with S7 for 1971, the Kaunis Koru firm mark, VKT for the maker and the country and city marks for Finland and Helsinki. It is a size 6 3/4 and in excellent condition. A great looking piece.

Substantial silver bracelet by Jorma Laine of Finland. The organic design is typically Finnish and features a variety of surface treatments while using negative space to create balance. Marks include the crown in a heart for Finland, the mark for the town of Turku, 830 for silver content and F8 for 1983. It is also signed Jorma Laine in script. In excellent condition, it is 7 1/2 inches long; 3/4 of an inch wide and has a safety chain.
