This is a delightful painting of a summertime French or English landscape with figures and animals. Offered here is a most appealing abstract of a cafe table with flowers and fruit. The colors are fresh and vibrant, the style loose and lively. Here we have a watercolor portrait of a young woman of sensual beauty. This painting is from Italy and dates to the 1930s. It is simply framed and mounted on some type of gray paper. Signed in the lower left corner but illegibly. The frame is 9" by 11", the image is 6.25" by 7.5". (Sorry for the reflection from a nearby lamp.)

Here we have a wonderful large painting, oil on Masonite, done in a very atmospheric style reminiscent of much earlier French paintings.
