This is a particularly well painted later painting in the 18th century style. It is signed Beltram, first name illegible. It depicts figures in an Italian landscape with structures and mountains in the background. It is a small painting, measuring 13.5" by 11" as framed, the image measuring 8.5" by 5" approximately. The painting is very detailed for such a small piece, in appealing colors and a beautiful gilt wood frame.

This is a lovely painting in the impressionist style, depicting an idyllic landscape of mountains, charming dwellings beside a brook. The scene could be Austria, maybe Northern Italy...I don't know. It's a romantic painting by a fine artist. The painting is signed, and I have photographed the signature for you. I cannot read it, but maybe you can. The painting and the frame are in fine condition and measure approximately 36" by 30". Dates to the late 19th century-early 20th.

Abstract painting by Paul Jenkins. Signed and dated 1958. Measures 24" x 24". Very good vintage condition.
A contemporary of American artists living in Paris in the 1950s, Paul Jenkins did work that represents the inventive spirit and energy of post-World War II abstraction. Greatly influenced by Jackson Pollack and Mark Rothko, Jenkins is famous for his inventive method of pouring paint directly onto the canvas, as well as for pure, prismatic color.
