This is an excellent oil on board, English, late 19th-early 20th century. The frame is new. It is signed TL in the lower left hand corner, but I have not been able to attribute the painting to any particular artist. Excellent condition. As framed it is 12" by 14". Site dimensions are 7" by 9 1/2".

Good condition, varnish heavy in spots and dripped, signs of overpainting in one spot, scratch upper left, may need cleaning and some restoration. Measurements: 86 in H x 39 in W approximately
