Exceptional Filly of good breeding in this 1944 original Watercolor, signed lower right, "Wm. Knudsen, '44." Knudsen's background is uncertain, although we have another Knudsen painting on the same type of paper, and around the same time period. We believe these were by the same artist, or artists within the same family. Image is 12" x 15", linen-matted and framed to 20" x 23". Excellent condition. c. 1944. $40 US Shipping. 19th Century British watercolor in matted period frame by Henry Moore (1831-1896). A sailboat in the harbor. There is small glare to the photos as this is under glass. Signed H. Moore, lower right. The frame itself has wear on the edges but no large dings. The painting that can be seen measures 8 1/4" by 12 1/2". Including the frame, it measures 17" by 24".
