Offered here is a handsome early 19th century dough box on a stand. This makes an excellent kitchen piece as a work table and for storage. It also serves well as a side table. The wood has a rich patina, and the box and stand are in fine condition. It does appear that a small strip of wood was replaced down the center of the top, visible as a darker stripe down the center.
