Offered here is a large antique bench from Argentina having ball and claw feet with an interesting cross hatch motif. The bench is covered in zebra hide. It stands about 25" high, and is approximately 30" wide. A stunning piece of furniture. Dates to early 20th century, the wood is dark and dense. Fine condition.

Offered here is an early 20th century inlaid table with ormolu mounts. The table is probably Italian, dating to around 1920. It has a really nice look, and the appearance of more age then it has. The table has circle corners, ormolu trim and a green felt surface. The top spins counter clockwise, and opens to seat four people for a game of cards. It is in good condition, some wear consistent with age. The table measures approximately 27" across, 18" deep and is 27" high.

Here we have a delightful European 3 drawer stand dating to the early part of the 20th century. It is hand painted with figures and flowers on the drawers, sides and top, and trimmed in gold. The color is a deep reddish color. The surface is chippy and alot of the painting is worn. The edges of the top are worn, as are the edges of the drawers. Wonderful Continental Round Painted Pedestal Table

Here we have a very fanciful table, completely hand painted. The ground is a faux light burl. The edges are painted in black scrolls and other designs with a center medallion and even scrolls on the feet. It separates in the middle to accommodate leaves, which I do not have. The table top is 43" in diameter and it stands 30" high. It is mid to later 20th century. This is a charming painted corner cupboard, in two pieces, from Italy dating to sometime late 19th century to the early 20th century. It is paint over gesso, in varying shades of grays and greens. The bottom is bow fronted with classical scenes painted on the doors. It is in fine condition, some gesso showing through in a few corners, but that only adds to the charm of these pieces. The cupboard is 64" high and 32" across.

Here we have a very elegant tray table of hand carved wood, water gilded and fitted with beveled glass. The tray dates to around 1860 and is Venetian. The stand was made to fit the tray. The tray table was purchased in 1995 from Joseph Konrad Inc in Atlanta. It is spectacular! The dimensions are 32" across, 21" deep, and 24" high. Excellent condition.

This diminutive 2 piece cabinet from the early 19th century is a classic example of Continental Biedermeier furniture. The glass top cabinet features 2 adjustable shelves, and it may be used separately from the bottom 3 drawer chest. The top cabinet measures 36 1/4" high, 24 1/2" long, and 14 3/4" deep. The bottom 3 drawer chest measures 32 3/4" high, 17 1/8" deep, and 24 1/2" long. This cabinet is in fine condition, and is a wonderfully practical size.

This Biedermeier low chest or commode is made of burled exotic fruitwood and measures 29 3/4" high, by 37" long, by 19 3/4" deep. It dates to the early 19th century. Both of the 2 drawers feature dovetailed corners. It is in excellent original condition.

This delightful little cabinet had a near life size gesso statue of the Pieta when I first saw it. It appears to be made of a soft light wood, perhaps pine, with wonderful carved lettering on three sides, rope trim on the corners and top and on the drawer, little carved rosettes, and large hearts on each side, one with flowers and the other with the crown of thorns.
