Offered here is a charming writing desk or table, made in Paris circa 1900- 1920. The top is hand painted faux marble with a beveled edge. The legs are reeded with brass caps. Two dovetailed drawers with original brass hardware. The interior of the right hand drawer contains the furniture maker's label. The wood may be cherry. This is one of my favorite pieces of late. I love the simple lines and the beautiful wood of this provincial piece. The table has one drawer, shaped legs, and a beveled edge to the top. It is pegged construction. It has been refinished at some point, and very nicely. The table measures 30.5" by 20.5" and is 29" high.

Here we have a gorgeous 19th century French vaisselier, shown with part of a collection of French artichoke plates. The vaisselier has abundant carving on the crest, the bottom and each shelf in the Louis XV style. This shelf stands alone on scroll feet, but can be used on top of a chest or cabinet, or hung on the wall. Beautiful mellow wood. The measurements are 43" high by 30" across by 12" deep.
