Offered for sale is a wonderful drug store thermometer advertising various "BEEMAN'S" medicine products from the 1940-1950 era. The top portion is marked "B.Q.R" for Cold Discomforts. The lower section touts the benefits of "B.G.O" Ointment which was for "Burns, Poison Ivy, Insect Bites, Corns, Sunburn, Perspiring Feet, and Athletes Feet!" Sounds like a modern day quack medicine!
