A charming japanese banko pottery tea pot modelled as a cottage and decorated with applied relief and enamel with birds and blossom. It has in impressed seal mark to the base.Dating from c.1900, it measures 5 1/2inches (14 cms) long. There are some chips to the edge of the lid and to one flower.

A very fine chinese porcelain bowl, thinly potted and beautifully painted in bright famille rose enamels with figures at a table in a room setting.Dating from the early Qianlong period (1736-96), it measures 5 1/2inches (14 cms) across. There is some wear to the gilding, a faint double hairline and a small chip to the rim.

An oval shaped sword guard made of mixed metal alloy with darkened and gilded details. Depicting a man with big hat and a rod catching a bird. Condition: Some wear, due to the flashlight scratches appear much stronger than in natural light. Dimension: 6,3 cm height and 5,7 cm width. Weight: 74 gram.

A very unusual Japanese vase made from a light coloured pottery or stoneware in what is sometimes included in the Banko style. It is moulded with halo'ed immortals in reserves on a basket work ground.Probably made in the 2nd half of the C19th., it stands 5 5/8inches (14.2 cms) high. There is wear to the enamels and minor chips.
