A beautiful Jamacoaque standing figure with great color remaining.

The fine incising on this figure really shows off the textile patterns that would have been in the clothing. The detail in the necklace and bracelets certainly shows the fine hand of the artist and you can even pick out the fingernails on the hand. This is a wonderful example.

A large and finely detailed Jamacoaque figure from Ecuador.

This figure stands 7-1/4" tall and has a working whistle incorporated into it. It is finely detailed as you can see, with earrings, necklace, nosepiece and bracelets. She has the typical headdress, and the whistle gives off a nice sound. A nice addition.
