A fine Kashmir enamel vase of waisted form, the gilt copper body enamelled in ultramarine, turquoise and red and decorated with a scrolling lotus motif. Height: 7 ¾ in., width of mouth: 6 in. Nineteenth century.

The vase has received an old ding on one side, which has resulted in some (limited) enamel loss and there are some tiny specks of enamel loss in one other area. (Both of these are shown in the close-ups.) There... Click for details
