You are viewing a William Spratling 1st phase signed bracelet he named the crowned pyramid. This is a super thick and heavy constructed treasure. The height of the design is 15/16th or shall we say one inch? The weight is 66 grams. The length is 7 inches. No damage or repairs. There are specs of patina and shadows in the pictures. Lays great on the wrist and carries a presence to remember.

A superb giant brooch hallmarked Matl Salas MS-12. It is equipped to hang as a pendant also but I use these large brooches to put shawls or other open duster designs together so as not to slip or fall off. This is 3in. x 4in. in stature. The repousse is very puffy and deeply carved with skill on the top. The pin is strong and will hold to tapestry weighted fabrics. The patina is naturally dark. No damage or repairs. Signed with the old linear mark for design # 365 Los Castillo. This large 3.5in. x 3.5in, thick, silver dragon is iconic for it's detail and quality workmanship to Los Castillo collectors. The heavy open backed repousse shows a very early work. The 4th row of the hallmark says MADE IN MEXICO as you can see in the hands clearly. A most exciting find, a scroll by five of the greatest scholar-painters of the Meiji period, Tanomura Chokunyu, Suzuki Hyakunen, Tomioka Tessai, Nyoi Sanjin and Yamanaka Shinten-o; all of whom resided in Kyoto during the Meiji period.
