Decorated with portrait medallions of Roman soldiers and floral patterns. Sicily, 17th/early 18th century. H. 20 cm, diameter 22 cm. Very good condition, only some chips to the foot rim and some firing flaws in the glaze.
Very strong and well carved wooden mask. Japan, 19th/early 20th century. H. 22 cm (34 cm including custom made stand). Good wear and patina, some missing parts to the horns.

A Chisolm Model C1 flip down toaster from the 1930s. This scarce and unusual chrome plated and wood two sided flip down electric toaster is by W.C. Chisholm Mfg. Co. of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This toaster has wooden handles and painted wooden sides on the base; it also has heavy springs keeping the doors shut. The heat wire wrapped mica plates are intact as is the cloth-wrapped original cord. It has a detachable top with a wood handle (possibly for keeping toast warm)...

I am offering a wonderful authentic, signed Matl Salas MS-12 necklace in the moth design sparked with turquoise cabachons. The length is 22.5 inches long and weighs in at a hefty 115.3 grams. The piece has the older thicker sterling base with all ornamentation being repousse on the entire necklace. The drop is a boisterous 3 inches across and 3.5in. tall including the dangles. The piece is very well executed with carving and is an excellent example of Salas's later works...

Rancho Alegre featured Miguel Martinez as a principle designer and this is an early hallmark of Miguel's as shown. The silver is thick and almost pure. The tips are also beautiful and hand made. The rope is black cording and can be replaced quite easily if desired but it is in it's original state for the purest at heart. I would be happy to put the tips on a new cord for you. I have a picture of the leaf cuff by Doris with it which is also listed on my site...

Doris Silver has remained a consistent source for masterpieces and this is certainly another. I have never seen any Mexican cuff constructed exactly like this one. It is very well endowed with super heavy repousse weighing 101 grams. The cuff is 4 in. tall with a currently 1in. gap. The leaves curve to the wrist and arm with the fronds holding on to the other side of the wrist...
