These 26 assortments of Japanese kasuri patchwork cloths came from old kimonos (some are new), thin to thick cotton. Some have tiny holes, fadings or repairs. One is lined with an ai dye blue fabric.
The largest one is 13 3/4" x 25 1/2"; the smallest 6" x 6 1/4". The total length together: 13 3/4" x approx. 23'(276 inches)

Based on an ancient glyph, or at least inspired by one, this vintage Los Castillo Mexican silver and azur-malachite inlay necklace is out of the workshop's "mozaico Azteca" line of jewelry. Centuries old, the technique became almost obsolete during the Colonial period but was revived by Chato Castillo, one of Taxco's most talented, innovative and original maestros...
A very romantic piece of jewelry is this great diamond heart pendant. Set in 14Kt white gold and set with 165 high quality diamonds. The crossing lines are channel set with 53 square cut diamonds, while the remaining areas are pave set with 112 various size brilliant cut diamonds. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 2.75Ct. The back of the pendant has a great openwork design. The width of the heart is ¾” and the height including the diamond pave bail is 1”.

This size 7-1/2 ring features a round modern brilliant cut 11 point genuine diamond (calculated) and it has detailed heart designs on the shoulders. This Damaso Gallegos signature Holly and Bells bracelet is a delight to wear! Each little bell makes a happy tinkling sound as it's wearer moves. The bracelet is approximately 7 1/4 inches (18.4 cm) long and 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide, the original patination is intact highlighting each holly leaf and berries link. Very secure box clasp. Golden threads are woven into a home for the large three-dimensional spider crawling over the scrolling edge of this caramel-colored dish dating from the Meiji era. It comes enclosed in an age darkened wooden box titled Akahada Kashibachi (Akahada Sweets dish). It is roughly 16 x 18 cm (6 x 7 inches) and in excellent condition. The clay is consistent with the sandy texture of Akahada, however the color is quite unusual.
