One of the best Mexican Deco by pass rings I have ever had, a masterfully made, big example wrought in 980 silver and signed by a maker known for his clamper bracelets as well. Phenomenal attention to detail and finishing and quite elaborate in its execution, this is a visually strong, early Taxco ring. Currently a sz 8.25 it is adjustable upwards. Its face is 1 11/16" by approx. 7/8" wide and the piece weighs 10.1 grams...
This 18Kt yellow gold pelican broach is as cute as it is whimsical. The bird has a natural sapphire eye and holds a fish in his beak. The height of the pin is 1 1/8” and the width is ¾”.
A rare octagonal porcelain dish decorated in underglaze blue with a flowering bush by a rock, along the border stylized Chinese characters. The rim glazed brown, the base with three spur marks and a "fuku" mark within a double square. Dating to the early Edo period. Condition: well with little scratches, rim with 3 tiny frits and two chips, and one chip under the glaze (photo 8). Dimension: diameter: 20 cm, 3.2 cm high.
With a green and yellow glaze, decorated in relief with a fish between water plants. One side of the flask is left uncleaned to show how the flask was found. The soil can be easily removed. Condition: very good with expected age wear and age cracks in the glaze. 20 cm.

The largest piece I have ever seen by Miyanaga Tozan I, a fine baluster form celadon on a superb rosewood stand. It is 21-1/2 inches (55 cm) tall, 15-1/2 inches (40 cm) diameter and in excellent condition. There is a custom made copper insert for use with flower arranging. The bottom margin is pencil-signed, titled in kanji, dated 1962, and numbered 67/100. Paper: 22"V x 15 7/8"H (image: 19 7/8"V x 13 3/4"H). Very good overall condition.
