Chaki is a term that means 'tea vessel' and is basically a chaire or tea caddy used to hold powdered matcha green tea. This chaki is instantly recognizable as from the studio of Kaneta Masanao, a Hagi ceramic artist who has re-shaped how Hagi is thought of.
