Love those teeth (pearl gray)! This Tyrannosaurus, created by well-known Oaxacan artisan Eleazar Morales, is painted a deep turquoise with a finely detailed pattern in gold and black. It has a bright green stomach and is delicately balanced on its tail. The gold eyes are surrounded with green and there is a touch of turquoise on the nostrils and claws. Dimensions: 8-1/2" high x 10" long (to tip of tail) x 4-1/2" wide (claw to claw).

The well-known Oaxacan artisans, the Familia Jimenez Ojeda, have created this wonderful angel - - their carvings are always painted with exquisite detail. The angel has orange and blue wings with pink and red accents and its gown has lavender flowers with a green background. It is standing on a blue base with red flowers. These three wonderful Dia de los Muertos monks, created by talented Oaxacan artisan Avelino Perez, are excellent examples of the many types of skeleton figures which are carved with the holiday in mind. They all have brown robes with waist cords and crosses of terracotta and peach. One monk has his hat on, one has his hat in his hand and the third one is praying. They are all 8" high x 2" wide x 2" deep, except for the extended hand on the monk with his hat in his hand (4" wide).
