Suzie James made a name for herself with her precise stamp work and lovely attention to detail, which is certainly seen here in this lovely canteen reminiscent of canteens made a century ago. I particularly favor the rosette treatment on the top of the lid -- it's a nice touch, perfect for the small space.
I've sold a number of her pieces over the years and customers always respond favorably to her work, asking when I will get more of her items. I have to tell them that in my business, I jus... Click for details

This is an interesting and contemporary pendant by Wilson Begay, a Navajo artist listed in my books as active in beginning in the 1980s and residing in the Manuelito region of New Mexico. It conveys thunderclouds and lightning bolts, and features a piece of bright blue turquoise with bits of black matrix, which look nice against the oxidized pendant.
Strung with alternating circular and elongated beads.
Length is: 26 ¼ inches.
Circumference of the pendant is: 2 ½ inches. Weight is 4 ... Click for details
