I remember the "Bikers" in the 50's sporting these realistic depictions of death and death masks, etc. as jewelry. This exquisitely executed frontal view of Death holding a scythe as a ring measure 3.5 mm top to bottom of figure. It is a size 10 and has a hallmark and imprint of "925". Has some wear.
