A bell shaped hand formed (not cast) bronze vase by Yamaguchi Kenzo enclosed in the original signed wooden box. Large lug handles are riveted on top, with brass covers on the edge of the rectangular rim and two circular holes in the side, the shape reminiscent of very early Japanese Bronze age bells.
