A classic pair of Art Deco 18K yellow gold flip-up stirrup cufflinks, the ends set with blue sapphire sugarloaf cabochons. The flip-up stirrup cufflinks were popularized by Cartier during the Art Deco era. The sapphires have dark, vivid blue hue and very good clarity. A very fine Art Deco 14K yellow gold necklace of filigree links centering a collet-set carved jadeite disc suspending another filigree link and a large oval plaque of jadeite carved in a floral pattern. The workmanship of the filigree is superior, with finely detailed millegraining on nearly all the surfaces. The use of yellow gold in filigree jewelry of the period is quite unusual, but is very attractive as a foil to the rich green of the gemstones...

Jade, ancient symbol of perfection, power and immortality is the STONE of the season. A classic 14K yellow gold and Jade man's ring, circa 1940, size 10, easily re-sized, stamped 14K and monogrammed in script LBC to CY. The jade cabochon has a nice translucency and measures 12 x 15mm; total weight of 6.2 grams. Condition is excellent.

Fabulous and early vintage yellow gold and carved jade drop screwback earrings with Chinese motifs. Circa 1925. Not marked, but they test positive for at least 14KT gold. Together they weigh 4 grams. The carving on the drops is double sided and photos show both sides.

With a center square cut diamond of about 4 mm by 4 mm, or .40 carat, and ten other small round diamonds including four at 2 mm and six at 1 mm. With two emeralds of about 1 mm by just under 2 mm. A magnificent Art Deco 18K white gold ring set with a 1.49-ct Burmese ruby surrounded by round diamonds. The ruby has a pure, vivid red color and eye-clean clarity. There are no indications of heat or other treatment. The back of the mounting is enhanced with a pierced gallery and geometric engraving. The diamonds are G-H color, SI clarity. Tested and guaranteed 18K.
