If this gorgeous ring fit me, I'd be keeping it. (Of course it could be resized. Hmmm. ☺) The design is surprisingly modern but it is genuinely pre 1900. Two faceted rubies are set off by three seed pearls, with each gem surrounded by a square bezel. It has English hallmarks for Chester [England], 1865-6, and 15 carat gold, as well as a maker's mark of BHJ. The ring is a size 7.

A striking late Victorian 14K yellow gold crucifix set with sapphires, an old European cut diamond and seed pearls. The diamond is graded at I/SI2 and the sapphires are finely colored and show no indication of heat treatment. The gold surface is "bloomed" for a soft matte texture that enhances the gold color but is subdued enough for the religious purpose of the pendant...

Here is an exceptional chased gold cast bracelet. The pierced raised dome setting highlights sapphire cabochons. There are no marks but testing confirms that it is 18k. 7-1/2" x 3/8"~16 grams.

A beautifully delicate design is this 10Kt gold amethyst and seed pearl Victorian openwork pendant. The center of the pendant is a bezel set 5 millimeter round faceted amethyst, while the cascading garlands on either side are decorated by forget-me-not-s. The length of the pendant is 1 ¾” and the width at the widest part is ¾”.

A mid Victorian embossed brooch/pin set with eleven oval, faceted garnets. 19th century. Unmarked but tests 14Kt gold. Size: 1.75 inches width x 1.25 inches ht.

This piece is stunning! Some marriages are made in Heaven, and this is one. This brooch is a marriage of three Victorian elements: the bar pin with six diamonds, the enamel bow, and the heart-shaped enamel slide. The bow and slide appear to have been part of the same piece. The pin is 12 k gold, and the bow and slide 18 k. The bar pin is 1 3/4" long.

This lovely bar pin is Victorian in age and is made of 15 ct gold. It is an Etruscan Revival design with the central motif of an anchor. The pin is 1 1/2" in length by 3/8" wide. Circa 1860-90.

Incredible yellow gold remembrance brooch of a bouquet of flowers with 2 hearts. Created with 3 different colored hair, the bottom of the bouquet is wrapped with dark brown hair which, due to reflection problems, I was not able to photograph. A fine Victorian 14K gold mesh and onyx cameo bracelet. The center cameo depicts a classical youth flanked by four maidens, all in Greek or Roman attire. The cameos are nicely carved with good detail. The clasp is concealed by the male cameo. A heavy gold mesh makes up the remainder of the bracelet. The gold has a slight rose tint that contrasts nicely with the black and white of the cameos. The tongue of the clasp is stamped "14K."
