Elegant 14K yellow gold and pearl brooch in a modern bouquet design. The four pearl "flowers" are set atop golden stems that are tied with a swirling gold ribbon. Each pearl is 5.5 mm and has the wonderful white body color with silvery overtones characteristic if Mikimoto pearls. The nacre is thick and the skins are very smooth. A beautifully-detailed semi-nude woman peeks out from the center of a pink enameled flower in this Art Nouveau pendant and brooch. Her hair is adorned with a diamond-centered white enameled flower and she wears a diamond necklace. The background flower petal are worked in translucent iridescent enamels in shades of pink fading to cream at the edges. The back of the pendant retains the original folding bail, pinstem and clasp. The back is stamped 14K and has an unidentified maker's mark "7VI".
A wonderfully made 14Kt yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring/band is centered by 7 channel –set natural blue sapphires. On either side of the sapphires there are 7 channel-set brilliant cut diamonds. Large Gusanos (caterpiller)Mexican solid gold earrings at 2inches by half an inch wide make for a grand presence. The weight is 7.3 grams of gold that tests from around 9kt to 12kt. These older filigree pieces are not signed and originate from Oaxaca. Absolutely lovely 2 rows of seed pearls are wired and tied off on the back and some solder over the ends finishes the durability of the piece. The seed pearls look more silver than the monitor shows them to be.
