A brutalist, hand wrought, modernist sterling silver pendant in a design resembling a boulder.

Measures about 2 3/4" long including the bale and 3/4" at the widest. Large bale so will accommodate a thick chain or neck ring. Can be worn with the hook from the bale facing the front or back.

Has some scuffs and a little tarnish. Adds to the brutalist nature of the piece so not sure if some of it is original.

This silver pin is unmarked but exhibits sophisticated metalwork. It is composed of a single piece of silver that has been hand-formed and folded to portray a tail and stylized fins or, possibly stripes or seaweed. There is some oxidation on the surface of the body, under the fins, most likely from heating the silver to make it more pliable. A chrysoprase cabochon in a bezel mount represents the eye. Great Modernist design in this vintage sterling bracelet by renowned New York jeweler John Iversen. It measures 7 1/2" end to end, the links measure from 1" wide in the front to gradual tapering to 3/8" at the terminals. Weighing 19 grams, it is in fine original condition and signed John Iversen Sterling on the tag which he attaches on his items...

A modernist sterling silver brooch with a large raw amethyst stone by Charles H. Cole who signed his work with a face hallmark. The facial features spell out his last name. Also signed Sterling. Active 1930s-50s. Measures 1 3/4" long and 1 1/4" wide. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds tightly. Hand made piece. Pretty purple color.

A vintage sterling silver large pendant on a silver neck ring. Has a central prong set rough brown and green swirled slab. Not sure what the stone is. Signed on the back with a stylized MLewis, Sterling and a mushroom hallmark. We have not been able to identify the artist.

The pendant measures 3 1/4" long including the bale and 1 3/8" at the widest. Has some minor surface scratches and a warm patina.

This silver pendant, of abstract design, is randomly decorated with cabochon carnelians. The back exhibits two bails to string a chain through. There is a partial maker’s mark on the reverse and possibly two other marks. The pendant tests silver, and could be European. It measures 2 ¾ inches wide by 2 inches long. Gross weight: 26.4 grams

A lightly hammered sterling silver bangle bracelet signed by the artist, Walter Tofel of Bennington, Vermont. Tofel was the manager at the Ed Levin store in Bennington in 1970 where he learned his craft. He began making his own jewelry designs which he sold at craft fairs and later out of his home.

This bracelet has lightly hammered curved sides and flatten areas. It is oval so can easily be slipped on and off.

A vintage triangular sterling silver modernist bracelet from the Jack Boyd studio in San Diego, California. Has flattened corners for an interesting look.

Signed with the conjoined, stylized 'JB' mark.

Measures 2 1/2" in diameter and about 7 3/4" around the inside. Measures 1/4" at the flattened corners. Slips onto my average size wrist easily.

A modernist sterling silver hand wrought cuff bracelet signed 'AR' in a design reminiscent of the work of Arthur King. Has polished 'globs' of silver along the edges and surrounding the multiple cut outs. The polished sterling contrasts with the oxidized darker areas for an interesting effect.

Measures about 6 1/2" around with an opening of 1". Fits me comfortably and I have an average wrist. It is pretty stiff and doesn't have much give.
